Course Purchase & Refund Policy

  1. All courses must be purchased through https://icdtr.org or https://icdtr.org/care-giving.
  2. Access is granted after successful payment confirmation.
  3. You are responsible for providing accurate billing and contact details during checkout.
  4. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
  5. Refunds are allowed only if the course is not fully accessed or completed.
  6. Refunds are not allowed if a certificate has already been issued.
  7. Non-refundable items include downloaded materials, completed courses, and discounted purchases.
  8. To request a refund, email support@icdtr.org with order details and reason.
  9. Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days.
  10. Payment gateway fees may be deducted from the refund amount.
  11. Once a refund is issued, course access is revoked immediately.
  12. Refunds will not be issued for requests made after 7 days.
  13. Refunds will not be issued if the course is significantly accessed or completed.
  14. Refunds will not be issued for technical issues caused by user’s device or internet.
